Welcome to Gurbani Flow! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gurbani Flow mobile application ("Application") and related services provided by Project Sukoon ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

Gurbani Flow is a spiritual reading application. The Application provides:

• Access to Nitnem banis (daily Sikh prayers)
• Audio playback of Gurbani recitations
• Customizable reading experience (font size, themes)
• Optional cloud sync for bookmarks and preferences

This Application is intended for users of all ages. There are no age restrictions for using the reading features. Optional account features require phone number verification.

Account registration is optional. You can use all core reading features without an account. If you choose to register for cloud sync features, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us of any unauthorized account use

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Application
• Use automated systems to access the Application without permission
• Redistribute the Application or its content without authorization

The Application software, design, and original features are owned by Project Sukoon. The Gurbani texts themselves are sacred scriptures in the public domain. Audio recordings may be subject to their respective licenses.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

While we strive for accuracy in the presentation of Gurbani texts, we recommend verifying with official sources for religious practices and interpretations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

If you have created an account, you may request deletion at any time through the Application settings or by contacting us at harkirat.saluja@gmail.com. We will delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Application. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
